Here we are over a year into the COVID-19 experience and restrictions have been lifted by our Governor, which gives us the opportunity to once again begin seeing clients in person.
We continue to sanitize working areas, and our team does not report for work if they are feeling ill without being screened by management. The health of our team, their families, and our amazing clients is an important factor in our decisions and processes. Currently (as of July 5, 2021) we are welcoming clients back into the building with the following conditions:
- We ask that you wear a mask if you come inside the building or interact within six feet of our team members.
- We limit exam rooms to one pet owner per appointment due to our small spaces. There are exceptions to this such as Farewell Appointments.
We know this strategy won’t please everyone, but we are doing our best to address as many desires and concerns of our clients and our team as we can, and this strategy seemed the best fit in doing so. We do not know how long this phase will last before we re-open without any restrictions since it depends on the comfort level of our team and our clients, and governmental restrictions, but we will keep you posted.

Oswego Veterinary Hospital is made up of three examination rooms, an operating room, x-ray room, laboratory/pharmacy, reception area, boarding suites, a grooming spa and beautiful gardens.
