All professional and medical services must be paid in full at the time they are rendered. We accept checks, credit cards, debit cards, Care Credit, most pet insurance and cash. As a pet guardian, you will be held liable for the financial responsibility of services that are performed for each pet. Unpaid balances will be recovered as deemed appropriate by Oswego Veterinary Hospital management. A 2.0% monthly interest fee will be charged on all unpaid balances. *

Due to a dramatic increase in late cancellations and missed appointments, we now require a deposit in order to schedule an appointment. Please review the policy - your signature indicates you understand and agree to the policy. All deposits will be applied to the invoice for which they were made or refunded to you UNLESS the appointment was missed or canceled on the same day as the appointment or a surgery was canceled with less than 7 days notice, in which case the deposit is forfeited. Doctor appointment - $90 deposit per pet scheduled. Technician appointment - $45 deposit per pet scheduled. Surgery/Anesthesia appointment - $300 deposit per pet scheduled. Surgery and anesthesia appointments require 7 days minimum notice to refund the deposit. If you have not already scheduled an appointment with us, one of our client care coordinators will be reaching out to you to schedule your requested appointment and process your deposit. *
