With OVH since 1992
Kathy grew up with dogs and horses on a citrus farm in central Florida. She earned a B.S. in biology from Davidson College in North Carolina and her veterinary medical degree from the University of Florida.
Upon graduation, Kathy lived in Japan for 6 months before moving to Gig Harbor, WA where she practiced on both family pets and farm animals for over 3 years. In 1992, Kathy moved to Portland with her soon to be husband, Mark, and started practicing here at Oswego Veterinary Hospital.
Kathy’s family includes her husband Mark, son Austin, daughter Elle and wonder dog Penny. Kathy enjoys living in the Northwest and in her spare time can be found hiking, cross-country skiing, or racing dinghy sailboats with her husband.
