Saturdays: 9am – 3pm
If other drop off or pick up arrangements are needed please speak with an Oswego Vet kennel staff member.
Animal boarding reservations, rates, and cancellations
Boarding is by reservation only. During the summer and the holidays we fill up quickly. Make your reservation early!
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. To make a reservation, we will need a credit card number to keep on file. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will charge that card for one day of boarding.
Boarding rates apply to every day that your pet is here unless you pick up your pet before noon or our groomers are providing your pet a full groom before departure. Contact us for animal boarding pricing.
Boarding guidelines to keep all our furry guests healthy and happy
For the safety of all our boarding guests, your pet must be current on the following health care services. We will request documentation of these services from your veterinarian when you make a reservation. Our doctors are also happy to provide these services to your pet at the beginning of the boarding period!
All boarding pets must be current on flea control for the duration of their stay, whether administered at home or upon your arrival at our facilities. Your pet will be flea combed upon arrival, if fleas are found we’ll use an oral or topical flea control medication and the cost will be applied to your invoice.

Conditions that may make your pet ineligible to board at with us
We may decline to board your pet if we feel it is not in your pet’s best interest, or the interests of the other pet’s staying with us. Some of the conditions that may prevent your pet from staying with us include;
- Diarrhea or vomiting
- Sneezing or signs of an upper respiratory infection
- A general lack of overall health
- Extreme stress, depression, or excessive barking while boarding. For these pets, we will attempt several strategies that we have found successful over the years, but if the stress and anxiety continue, we may decline to board that pet in the future.
